About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Fulfilment of customer orders - including scheduling pick-ups as well as replying to customer queries.
2. Check delivery statuses, returns, exchanges, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries of customer orders.
3. Categorise and list products under the correct categories/sub categories on the website.
4. Stay proactive in identifying issues, process bottlenecks, and assist in the fulfilment of customer orders as required.
5. Training the various internal teams on using our e-Commerce tech platform.
6. You will be working closely with the operations, purchase, warehouse, logistics and technology development teams.
