Job Description
1. Work with senior managers to summarize business priorities
2. Support the creation of an internal cross-functional team for the creation and execution of new marketing briefs, identifying resources to support each project based on team capacity and overall portfolio priorities
3. Forecast forward to the next quarter in the capacity of resources in strategy, agency, digital, content, automation, and monitor

5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Proven experience in marketing operations/program management
2. Experience in bringing teams together and strong management skills
3. Understanding of marketing, communications, and digital needs
4. Understanding of agile methodologies
5. Knowledge of agency model trends
6. Advanced Microsoft Product Knowledge (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
7. High attention to detail and strong time management skills
8. Must be based in Mumbai
