About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drive research and build strong production networks, with vendors, crew, and creative talent
2. Identify culture and content trends and references
3. Translate briefs into smooth and efficient productions, meeting our creative goals while ensuring adherence to brand targets and budget efficiencies
4. Evaluate production requirements to draw delivery timelines and ensure adherence to on-time, in-full delivery
5. Service client relationships and manage the working flow between other partners, agencies, creators, and vendors
6. Create and present plans and campaign ideas to in-house teams and clients and conceptualize, plan and execute original & branded content ensuring a high standard of content production throughout
7. Maximize brand value across content formats while operating with the creator-first model ensuring the authenticity of messaging and relevance for the creator audience
8. Identify, procure and manage global production, vendor, and agency relations
9. Develop and manage production budgets monitoring cash-flow health and ensuring on-time receiving and disbursements of payments
10. Understand various digital platforms and delivering multiple formats and concepts that work for each
