Job Description
1. Organize and upload product information
2. Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
3. Act as the point of contact for all customer queries and complaints & strive to attain positive delivery feedback
4. Work closely with the shipping partner to ensure timely delivery
5. Manage and monitor the online product catalog (add/edit products, prices, sales, categorization) through the content management system or backend processes
6. Create reports and analyses of best-selling products and categories
