Operations Job in Yulu Bikes Private Limited at Mumbai

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Roles and Responsibility :-
1. Running day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy for the City Operations.
2. Understand every process deeply and implement new processes for optimization and increasing
efficiency
3. Coordinating & lead with fields' team and constantly evaluate the field operations, implementing
the standard operating procedures (SOPs), taking corrective actions and strengthening the position
of Yulu.
4. Drive projects to maximize the quality of bikes available in the field
5. Understand repair & maintenance and innovate solutions for proactive maintenance of bikes on
road
6. Will be part of the control room team to drive operational efficiency on ground
Desired Skills and Experience: -
1. Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
2. 1-3 years of experience in managing operations and field staff
3. Looking for smart candidate who can adapt with changing dynamics on ground
4. E-Commerce, Logistics, Mobility background preferred.
5 Open to work in night shift and 6 day working.
