About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
2. Handling documentation of correspondence between exchange and users
3. Handing compliance verification for (individual clients)
4. Closely working with exchange operation team
5. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
6. Following through on inquiries to ensure completion and satisfaction
