Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Close sales, research new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and solicit new business for Exchange4Artist
2. Maximize the profits of the artist through creative and selective selling
3. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, prioritize, organize and follow up
4. Be a clear thinker, remain calm in resolving problems using good judgment
5. Adhere to grooming standards
6. Work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter, and have the individual motivation
7. Work well under the pressure of organizing and attaining schedules and timelines
8. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental, divisional, and artist policies, procedures, and standards
9. Anticipate the artist's' needs and respond promptly to the artist's' requests
10. Be familiar with all artist services/offerings and respond to guest inquiries accurately
11. Work on qualification and solicitation of existing and new accounts through personal visits, telephone calls, written correspondence, and participation in promotional events, participation in industry and community events, as well as tradeshows
12. Travel to industry events and handle sales calls
13. Promptly respond to all inquiries, prospects, and a tentative or definite business
14. Interact with customers during meetings or events on the property through

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Dec'20 and 11th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Goa Velha, Guwahati, Pune, Shillong, Bangalore, Manipur and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Should have a high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
2. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
