About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing and leading a team of employees
2. Communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team
3. Motivating team members and assesses performance
4. Providing help to management, including hiring and training
5. Keeping management updated on team performance
6. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives
7. Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses
8. Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers
9. Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans
10. Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
11. Monitoring occupant satisfaction
12. Monitoring construction and renovation projects
13. Monitoring performance metrics
14. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications
