About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Downloading online orders, printing labels, setting up the parcels for shipping
2. Co-ordinating with the courier persons for the pick-ups
3. Resolving customer delivery issues through online portal and phone calls
4. Answering customer queries coming in from our website and phone number
5. Tallying orders and payments regularly on Excel sheets
6. Keeping check on stock every day
