Operations Job in Anar

At Anar, we are building the next-generation platform for small businesses to connect, chat, buy, and sell to enable them to use technology to grow and compete more effectively with large corporates. Of the 70 million SMBs in India, most find it difficult to scale up and compete with large corporates who have larger capital and better technological infrastructure. We at Anar are working with a vision to enable these 70 million SMBs in India and the 300 million SMBs globally to adopt tech tools that can help them spread their wings and grow much faster. We understand that building for SMBs requires unique insights into the user behavior of the segment. One of our founder's 5+ years of experience in founding and managing existing SMBs places us uniquely to build fantastic user-friendly products for them.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keeping a check on the user acquisition process and removing inefficiencies
2. Providing needed training/motivation to the acquisition team members to help them be more efficient
3. Ensuring an efficient distribution and utilization of resources involved in the acquisition process
