Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure that users successfully complete their courses with the required number of grades or certifications
2. Monitor user progress, track completion rates, and provide necessary support to facilitate course completion
3. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials and resources
4. Address user complaints, concerns, and inquiries related to courses
5. Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
6. Implement improvements based on user feedback to enhance overall user satisfaction
7. Prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators and share insights with relevant teams
