Job Description
Designation: Operations
The Role: Technical Support- Voice (Global Support)- English
Key Responsibilities:
1. Must possess the zeal to demonstrate a 'Customer First' culture in every interaction.
2. Ability to troubleshoot and fix Hardware/ Networking/OS-related queries over the phone.
3. Ability to provide solutions to customers that may involve selling the customer a product or service to fix the issue.
Skills Required:
1. Active demonstration of Self-Time and Task Management.
2. High Levels demonstration of Interpersonal & communication skills, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
3. Should demonstrate a good analytical/logical approach to troubleshooting for resolving Hardware & Software issues
4. Should have excellent CRM skills, Email/Chat etiquette, and a Customer First mindset is required
5. A+, N+, MCSA, and MCSE Technical certifications would be added advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
6. Any bachelor's degree (completed or completed within 6months) with relevant experience
7. Good command of English (Spoken/Written)
8. Basic computer hardware knowledge
Pre-Requisite:
- Candidate must have a Laptop or a Desktop.
- BB Connection- 60 MBPS mandatory.
- Pan card is mandatory.
- Skype ID or Zoom ID is mandatory.
