Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
3. Research and identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness in pricing and sourcing strategies.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
6. Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
7. Support logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
8. Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide excellent service.
