Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
2. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
3. Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
4. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
5. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
6. Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed

Other requirements
1. 0 - 1+ years of experience in a similar role
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
3. Strong organizational and communication skills
4. Strong ability to multitask
5. Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business
6. Willing to work 6 days a week in a fast-paced startup environment
7. Willing to work in different shifts (day, evening, night)
