Designation :- Operations

Number of openings - 2

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the daily operations through operational oversight and analysis.
2. Taking end to end responsibility for training projects in terms of operational delivery in client colleges (On site).
3. Coordinating with our trainers for scheduling of classes, sending session timetables via emails, generating feedback codes, monitoring attendance data, etc. among others.
4. Identifying operational weaknesses and helping in the improvement or innovation of new processes to increase the efficiency.
5. This role is open for candidates based out of Bangalore only.
