About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the client's needs after purchasing a plan and provide financial services based on the products available
2. Manage end-to-end operations cycle
3. Complete communication cycle management- communicating with customers, handling customer queries, etc.
4. Handle customer inquiries and ensure that order closures are handled independently
5. Collaborate closely with other departments in business development & CA
6. Ensure the client/customer is happy with our service
