Responsibilities include :

Setting up new projects, in close coordination with client-facing and operations teams.
Managing multiple projects independently.
Monitoring projects while in the field to ensure quality and timely completion.
Coordinating and managing internal data collection activities to client specifications, on time, and budget.
Interacting with clients (authors), freelancers, printers, and in-house teams and developing relationships with them as a go-to person.
Reviewing and approving work done by freelancers and in-house teams.
Creating and managing schedules.
Creating cost estimates and managing budgets.
Taking complete ownership and responsibility for each project and ensuring the highest levels of quality at every stage.
Hiring and managing freelancers when needed.
