Job Description
Designation: Operations
Responsibilities include :
- Setting up new projects, in close coordination with client-facing and operations teams.
- Managing multiple projects independently.
- Monitoring projects while in the field to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Coordinating and managing internal data collection activities to client specifications, on time, and budget.
- Interacting with clients (authors), freelancers, printers, and in-house teams and developing relationships with them as a go-to person.
- Reviewing and approving work done by freelancers and in-house teams.
- Creating and managing schedules.
- Creating cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Taking complete ownership and responsibility for each project and ensuring the highest levels of quality at every stage.
- Hiring and managing freelancers when needed.
