Job Description
Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Aug'22 and 4th Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Work on TAT monitoring for credit applications & work on dedicated initiatives to improve credit TAT
2. Work on quality improvement initiatives related to the retail credit department
3. Work on conducting monthly departmental audits with the support of the DC team and credit analysts
4. Support efficient functioning of internal and external audit activities
5. Support in ideating and implementation of credit and process automation activities
6. Support in preparing learning outcomes and training points from departmental audits/EY audits and other activities
7. Work on sales team coordination for audit documentation items for field support
8. Ideate and support management and ADHOC presentation for the retail credit department
9. Support digitization and data scrapping activities to improve the overall effectiveness and speed of retail credit activities
