Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating a good travel itinerary based on prospective travel destinations and dates as per request
2. Connecting with current trade partners and hotels for rates and negotiations
3. Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
4. Providing relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers
5. Booking transportation, making hotel reservations, and maintaining records
