1. Evaluate the operational process being followed for order processing from warehouse and identify the gaps to optimize the process
2. Observe and map the current process in detail
3. Measure the productivity of the entire operation at each step
4. Record the time taken in each step of order processing (time-motion study)
5. Identify the processes causing inefficiency in the system, as a result recommend the measures to improve efficiency and productivity
