Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle customer orders and inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
2. Manage the end-to-end process of packaging and shipping orders with accuracy
3. Implement efficient stock management practices, including regular inventory checks
4. Coordinate and track deliveries, resolving any issues that may arise
5. Assist in updating and managing content on our social media pages
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content
7. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
8. Support in data entry and organisation using Google Sheets
