Job Description
Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Jun'22 and 15th Jul'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Perform daily operations and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate the execution of assessments/examinations
2. Monitor assessment/examination execution remotely through technology intervention & coordination
3. Process the results and transmit them to the clients
4. Manage analytics to measure and enhance performance
5. Hire talented and like-minded candidates as per the company's recruitment plan and achieve the assigned targets
6. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
7. Post job openings on various hiring portals/job boards and connect with candidates
8. Source and recruit candidates by using databases and other platforms and connect with candidates, etc.
9. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
10. Schedule and align interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
