Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner cross-functionally to achieve goals
2. Carry out day-to-day activities for the business
3. Handle marketplaces communication
4. Maintain files for expense reports, check requests, memos
5. Work on all invoice processing - GST document, invoices from the vendor - filed - drive
6. Work on all other necessary administrative duties
7. Coordinate materials for all marketing presentations
8. Issue, track, and follow up on all creatives and brand marketing
9. Support programs and partners with order entry and quality checks as needed
10. Satisfy all day-to-day customer requests including answering incoming calls, responding to questions/concerns, researching technical questions
11. Work on Company's LinkedIn Account
12. Work with SEO team
13. Research relevant forms for Awards, certifications and incubator programs
14. Be available to assist in all offline events
15. Fill in as needed for operations staff
