Responsibilities include:
1. Handle day to day office work
2. Take and record the minutes of the meeting
3. Communicate with various departments
4. Work on emails on the behalf of MD
5. Work on the calendar management of the appointments
6. Work on travel arrangements
7. Work on other multi tasks which are given by the director
