About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
2. Coordinating all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
3. Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
4. Managing databases, Dropbox folders, and data entry systems
5. Implementing and maintaining administrative systems
6. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
7. Collating and filing expenses
