Job Description
1. Drive the operations from strategic decisions to execution level in sync with the org vision and business targets
2. Look after day-to-day execution of multiple projects and ensure smooth flow of operations
3. Coordinate with faculties, batch managers, admin, and other departments to maintain back-and-forth information flow
4. Create and maintain trackers for different business goals
5. Create word docs, PPTs, and Excel for different program operations
6. Execute project operations for business growth and profitability

2. can start the internship between 3rd Aug'22 and 7th Sep'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. 0-1 year of experience in operations, strategy, and management
2. Startup experience preferred; edtech work experience is a bonus
3. Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
4. Should be able to provide strategic solutions to operational challenges
5. Analytical and multitasking skills
6. Ability to draw insights from raw data
7. Research-oriented mindset
8. Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
9. Planning & organizing skills
10. Analytical aptitude & problem-solving mindset
11. Natural curiosity to learn
12. Proficiency in MS Office suite
13. Ability to work well under pressure
