Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with co-founders of Blostem across all verticals of the organization
2. Support the founders with key initiatives and create a structure to improve the execution and accountability of the team
3. Develop, drive, analyze, and synthesize existing management reporting and team goal/ workstream process, sharing actionable insights with leadership
4. Lead and partner on special projects for areas that the founders oversee
5. Develop high-quality processes to improve operations and execution of the key projects of the company
6. Create content for internal and external purposes (company presentations, word documents, emails, key meetings, etc.)
7. Execute important documents such as NDAs, MOUs, and other related documents
8. Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management
