Job Description
Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Aug'22 and 4th Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Work on quality assurance of new UAT/production releases as an in-house user
2. Assist sales person in planning and executing demos based on the use case of the client
3. Get the client users to understand the workflow, and use cases of various dashboards, reports, and charts
4. Troubleshoot issues for clients related to data and workflow of the modules
5. Go through the client support queries and do preliminary analysis on a case-by-case basis
6. Follow-up with production support and development team to monitor progress on the support cases
7. Suggest improvements to the current workflow to minimize turnaround time for common client queries
7. Get hands-on experience in operating our platform
Other requirements
1. Excellent analytical skills with data
2. Quick learning ability
3. Ability to work with production support team in resolving client queries
4. Must have strong skills in dealing with large datasets in database and spreadsheets
5. Should be willing to work in fast paced environment
6. Minimum qualification - graduate degree in engineering, maths or science
7. Prior work experience of start-up or tech sector will be beneficial
