Job Description
Designation: Operations
Responsibilities include:
1. Oversee office management & communicate with building maintenance staff, IT, and phone support
2. Help to develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
3. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance thereof
4. Work on financial management
5. Work on the administration of all financial plans and general financial oversight and monitoring
6. Oversee accounting: supervise bookkeeper, ensure adherence to accounting policies and practices, and coordinate and support the preparation of annual audit with the accounting firm
7. Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports and create additional reports as needed for grants, projects, and board meetings
8. Work on fund development
9. Lead administrative aspects of individual giving, corporate giving, and grant management including donor research, data management, donor communications, preproposal, and grant application development, tracking, and reporting
10. Assist with implementation and management of annual fundraising plan

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1 to 3 Lac/annum
