The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-
1. Manage entire backend operations of our eCommerce platform - seller website/products setup
2. Train and coordinate with sellers
3. Support them with their eCommerce activities and order management
4. Work on customer service, product management, partner training, e-commerce store setup, order fulfillment tracking, set up promotions and offers, and coordination with sellers
5. Manage eCommerce seller merchants' onboarding activities
6. Research and collect relevant business information as per our target market
7. Analyze data based on topics of research and prepare specific reports
8. Identify potential seller partners who could be listed on our eCommerce website 9. Work with the sales, marketing team, and leadership team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
10. Conduct market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & converting the lead into the prospect
11. Perform competitive analysis
12. Work on other such assigned operations team activities
