Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide support for the logistics function by managing dispatch activities to ensure all inbound and outbound activities are accurately captured and documented, with a focus on time, to meet up with stakeholders demand
2. Generate shipping documents like delivery orders, packing lists/invoices, etc.
3. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
4. Supervise, and coordinate with location team members for day-to-day logistics operations
5. Ensure materials are appropriately stored
6. Be responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
Note - this post requires the intern to travel to various championship locations (all traveling/hotel stay expenses are taken care of by SFA)
