The role: 

• We are adding an operations lead intern to manage our team in India. 
  
• As operations lead, you would communicate and organize the team in India and be involved in daily operations tasks.
  
• These tasks include interacting with travellers and local guides from around the world via email and WhatsApp/Skype calls; responding promptly to calls and emails to organize tours in over 260 cities; and recruiting locals/expats across the world.
  
• You will be working remotely within a global but lean team (the founder and other operations executives) where you have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas, try out new ways of doing things and learn from a team with diverse experience and hence, have a big impact on how Lokafy does things.
  

We'd love to work with someone who is:

• fluent in German, French or Spanish (CEFR Level B2 or higher) 
  
• efficient, reliable and able to work independently 
  
• interested in learning and is resourceful (can figure stuff out by researching online) 
  
• highly organized and can anticipate/solve potential problems 
  
• takes pride in their work and enjoys challenges 
  
• motivated by what Lokafy's mission
