Job Description
Preferred Candidate:
Overall ~10-15 years of experience, with at least 6-8 years in E-commerce (B2C) domain:
a. Experience of running end to end operations of online sales through own website (D2C) or online marketplaces in the most recent role as Operations or Category Head, managing more than INR 50 Cr of annual online turnover.
b. Experience of working with large horizontal online marketplaces in a business/operations role OR experience in managing large sized operations for a 3rd party online marketplace.
c. Specific exposure to premium consumer durable goods and services, and FMCG industries .
Experience of managing end to end Supply chain including warehouse management, strategic decisions related to inventories to create market dominance for brands in online sales.
Demonstrated thought leadership with a point of view on the sector
MBA from one of the premium institutes (preferable IIM/ISB).
