- Setting up efficient processes for Building operations, customer support and re-sales
- Ensure smooth building operations and maintenance
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and happiness
- Handing a team of building managers and customer support
- Maintaining the building P&L and working with the finance manager to ensure timely building payments and rent tracking
- Keeping a track of building occupancy and ensuring timely re-sales of vacated units
