Job Description
- Role Description:- Operations Manager (Expansion and Growth)
- Operations Manager - Expansion is a part of our growth team and is crucial in managing the accounts of our new Franchisee partners and get them on-boarded onto our platform. He / She has an exciting opportunity to work with the core team of a funded startup in its growth phase.
- The role gives insights on scaling, setting up processes, stakeholder management and managing on ground operations in the Food tech space.
- Responsible for acquiring new locations for our outlets
- Identify Key Locations for setting up new outlets based on our specifications in Expansion Playbook. (Malls, Supermarkets, Drive-ins, Private spaces, corporate offices etc)
- Analyze the location on our preset 17 parameters (like demographics, competition analysis etc) to finalize the location.
- Negotiate for favourable leasing terms with the managers/owners. Coordinate with the legal team and get all the required legal registrations and agreements done.
- Responsible for on-boarding the Franchisee partner
- Coordinate with the Legal team and assist new Franchisee Partner to get all registrations and legal work done.
- Create a new account and onboard the new Franchisee partner on our systems for inventory and logistics planning.
- List the new location online on major listing platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales managers and Integrate the new location with payment gateways, food delivery apps, review sites etc.
- Coordinate with the Franchisee Partner and assist them in installing our Hardware and software in the new location.
- Constantly update the Expansion playbook and refine processes to replicate and grow in other regions/cities.
- Pay – 15k to 20k per month based on experience and Performance.
- Allowance - Petrol allowance.
- ESOPs to be offered and a lot of other perks.
