Day to day responsibilities -
1. Plan & execute training program & projects with college clients
2. Ensure timely reports( attendance, test) to all the stakeholders
3. Analyse data & take initiatives on the basis of reports generated operational policies and procedures.
5. Ensure transparency in communication with the stakeholders.
6. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
7. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
8. Support worker communication with the management team.
