Job Description
- MBA with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field.
- Good communication skills &preparing presentations.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the organisation’s HR, helping and creating organisational and program budgets in collaboration with the ED and Program Supervisor
- Reporting to the ED and serving as a member of the Management Team this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organisations financial and operations functions.
- Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices.
- This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
