Job Description
- We are looking for an Operations Manager for our projects in Kolkata
- You will become part of an international organisation. As the Operations Manager for the Kolkata office. you will be responsible the general administration in Kolkata in collaboration with the founder. You will be responsible for the communication and collaboration between volunteers and employees and you will be part of making sure that we maintain a high professional level, learning and documentation in connection to the implementation and management of our projects.
- The person we are looking for will be responsible for:
- Project management, documentation and reporting.
- Management of budgets and fundraising
- Establishing a close dialogue with our staff and volunteers in Kolkata in connection with project development and implementation.
- Communication with partners.
- Developing profiles on the students in all our projects.
- Initiating the registration and application for adhard card or births certificate for the children in our projects.
- Creating a standard form with all necessary information for registration of the children, which has to be filled out for every child attending the school upon admission.
- Managing budgets, bank accounts and salaries.
- Keeping documents / all trust resolutions / trust deed and bank papers organized and safe
- Helping draft necessary documents or retrieve necessary documents / information from public and private entities in connection to 12AA and FCRA registration.
- Potentially plan and arrange charity events in Kolkata.
- are a minimum of 30 years old.
- have experience with management and administration.
- have experience with dealing with social services and government bureaucracy.
- are independent and assertive & interested in helping less fortunate children
- The position is a full time position based in Kolkata and the salary is 50.000 inr.
