Job Description
- Taking lead on execution of various financing and investment or sale deals/proposals
- implementation of systems to make sure timelines are met, employee productivity is optimized
- money recovery from various parties in case of default
- setting up a new office, renovation of existing office
- all compliance matters with concerned regulatory authorities
- Proactively solving problems that arise when dealing with any party including auditors, fund houses, brokers
- Negotiating, drafting and finalizing contractual terms
- Coordinating with lawyers to assess the legal angle of different deals/proposals/loan defaults
- Taking charge of correspondence with respective parties including regulatory authorities
- Organizing document submission for compliance and license application with various bodies
- Applicant should have a commanding personality and strong leadership skills
- Applicant should have the ability to solve the problem with spot decision making
- Applicant should be compliance driven
- Well-versed with finance concepts and financial markets
- Ability to intelligently interact with various wealth managers/auditors/builders/SEBI/RBI and other regulatory bodies
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
