Job Description
- Developing and implementing our company policies, protocols and procedures in the sites
- To co-ordinate with the client for smooth and effective client handling
- To have overall understanding of deployment over multiple areas and zones and proactively plan for attrition backfill and future manpower requirements
- To plan, conduct meetings on the regular basis with the unit teams to improve our service to the clients and educate them about our company polices.
- To plan, conduct training program at units on regular basis / client request
- To plan, conduct mock drill at units on emergencies / client request
- To ensure all the invoices are submitted to the clients with necessary documents within the time frame.
- Regular meeting with other operational manager to determine operational needs.
- Set up frequent meetings with clients and collect feedback and resolve the concerns on time.
- If there are any queries or clarifications from the client on our services we should rectify this and convey the information to the client and simultaneously to our team.
- Sending Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports to the Reporting Manager.
- To plan and coordinate security operations during special or high-risk events.
- Be alert to wage revisions in the market and work with HR to design a revised wages plan to take to the client at the appropriate time
- Approach the customer for rate revision on minimum wages/DA as and when it’s announced by the Government or based on the market rate.
- Working with the Marketing department in identifying new business in local & National markets
- Provide market intelligence to the company on neighbouring deployments, agency names, rates, manpower numbers, contact persons, contract period, etc
