A holiday home rental management company, Travalong Stays offers its patrons a luxurious, grand getaway in some of the most scenic locations in India.

Currently, Travalong Stays is looking for a passionate and highly competent individual to join the team as Operations Manager (Field) in Goa.

The individual should possess the following qualifications, abilities and skills:- Graduate in any field (Travel, Hospitality & Tourism related education would be a bonus)Strong Communication Skills (Written & Spoken English is a must)High Level of Responsibility & Accountability Efficient Organization Skills

The roles & responsibilities of this position are as follows:-

Maintaining the upkeep of the properties and supervising all the functions such as housekeeping, cleanliness, hospitality, and amenities-maintenance among others.

Sourcing items essential for the upkeep of the properties as well as items necessary for a smooth guest experience- Handling guest check-in and check-out services.

Anticipating guest needs, addressing guest queries and accordingly providing required service promptly and efficiently.

Maintaining information on the property portfolios, property policies, current offers, prices, etc

Researching on available properties and assisting in their assessment for the addition of new properties to the portfolio.
