The purpose of this position is to assist the Unit Head in running Cinema Operations by being responsible for:
Training & certifying 100% staff on all the tasks and processes
Training & follow up on HK staff/ Agency to execute hygiene and cleanliness SOPs
Increasing Customer Satisfaction
Executing all the SOPs as per company standards
Increasing Club Cinepolis memberships
Increasing in F&B Sales
Controlling COGS
