Job Description – Operations Manager (Virtual)
Location Preference: Malappuram, Kerala
We are hiring a Virtual Operations Manager to handle all our India-related business operations. The role is fully remote and requires a responsible, skilled person who can manage daily tasks independently.
Responsibilities
Handle India-side procurement, sourcing, vendor communication, and follow-ups
Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, documents, and shipment updates
Communicate daily with the Saudi office and provide clear updates
Track logistics, courier movements, and ensure timely dispatch
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and basic documentation
Find new vendors, compare prices, and support business development
Manage emails, calls, and general administrative support
Requirements
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam)
Strong computer skills (Excel/Sheets, email, online research)
Experience in operations, sourcing, logistics, or admin preferred
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Quick learner and highly organized
