Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency

Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance workflow and eliminate inefficiencies

Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business goals
-
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
2. Team Management
-
Recruit, train, and supervise a cross-functional team including executives, coordinators, and support staff
-
Set clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
-
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
-
Motivate the team and build a positive, productive work culture
3. Logistics, Vendor & Resource Management
-
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of supplies, services, and assets
-
Oversee logistics, scheduling, warehousing, and delivery operations (if applicable)

Maintain inventory control systems and ensure minimal disruption to operational flow
-
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms
4. Customer and Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the main point of contact for escalations or service issues
-
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR for cross-departmental tasks

Ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs)

Solve complex operational problems and respond promptly to client needs
5. Budgeting and Cost Management

Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization across departments

Identify areas of cost savings without compromising service delivery or quality

Forecast demand and allocate resources accordingly
6. Compliance and Reporting

Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and legal guidelines

Maintain documentation, contracts, checklists, and audit trails for all operational activities

Prepare operational reports and present key findings to senior management
