Operations Manager / Technician Job in Atom8 at BTM, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Bangalore

Role: Operations Manager / Technician

Requirements:
1. Should have 2 wheeler to travel around (Fuel charges will be reimbursed)
2. Should be fluent in english, hindi and kannada.
3. Knowledge of electrical and electronics

The job would include mainly the following
1. Visit Installation site and install the modules, Install the app in customers site and configure the setup
2. When issues come up visit customers site and debug and fix the issue. Should be technically sound to debug electrical connections and check which part of the system has gone bad
3. For new customers do a site visit, collect requirements and give a quotation.
4. During manufacturing work with component manufactuers, procure components and ensure manufacturing goes smooth and on time.
5. Help remote customers outside bangalore over video calls on verifying the circuits and installing and configuring the app
6. Packing and dispatching products to customers on order and amazon shipments

Working in a start up environment is challenging and involves lot of tasks on a daily bases not included in the above tasks. Should be willing to learn and take up any task required for the job.
