Job Description
As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to understand travel products, customer handling, and sales strategies. Post successful completion of training, you will be absorbed into the sales team and work on driving revenue through customer engagement and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Thomas Cook's travel products and services.
Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries.
Handle walk-in clients, online leads, and telephonic queries.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective consultation and upselling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer experience.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
