Operations Support Analyst 

Role Description:-

• Providing support to Customs operations in Ireland from our office in Delhi involves coordinating with staff in Ireland.
• Facilitate the clearance of Irish shipments by communicating with customers, entities, and the authorities on clearance requirements and any discrepancies preventing a successful clearance.
• Coordinate with the customer/Irish government agencies to obtain the necessary shipment information and documents for the clearance department to successfully clear the shipments through the regulatory agencies when the existing information or documents are insufficient to permit successful clearance of the shipments.
• Prepare declarations as required and take responsibility for the lodgment of declarations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collection of documents for customs clearance of goods
• Processing of customs clearance declarations in a timely manner
• Issuing customs clearance documents and storing documents
• Working with various customs software
• Liaising with customers and freight forwarders
• General operations support and administration

Profile Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• 1-2 maximum work experience in operations. 
• Freshers can also apply.
