Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage queries and complaints of customers on Social Media platforms like, whatsapp, Facebook etc.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products, services, receive orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Make regular calls to existing customers or potential customers to provide education, support, troubleshooting, and sales information, related to products or services we offer.
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self- motivated, detail- oriented and organised.
- Must be fluent (verbal and written) in the following languages: English & Hindi
