Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support professional to assist in the smooth execution of insurance processes, policy administration, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to handle insurance documentation, claims processing, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Policy Administration:

Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records.
Review and verify insurance documents for completeness and compliance.

Claims Processing & Documentation:

Assist in claims processing, verification, and settlements.
Coordinate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and clients to resolve queries.
Maintain accurate claim reports and documentation for audit purposes.

Customer & Agent Support:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, premiums, and coverage details.
Support insurance agents/brokers with documentation, reports, and process guidance.
Address and escalate operational issues as needed.

Operational Coordination & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and data protection norms.
Assist in generating reports, performance metrics, and operational analysis.
Work with IT and finance teams for system updates, invoicing, and payment tracking.
