Job Description for Operations Profile:
Location: Kolkata, India
CTC Offered: 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum + Monthly Variable Payment Linked to Operational KPIs
Preferred Candidate: Experience in the Travel Industry, Especially in Spiritual Tour Packages
Responsibilities:
Vendor & Service Management: Manage vendor partnerships across Delhi and Uttarakhand, ensuring seamless service delivery, effective negotiations, and high-quality customer experiences.
Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering customer-centric solutions that foster trust and satisfaction.
Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with the technology team to design and implement efficient systems and workflows tailored to a fast-paced startup environment.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to align their efforts with the company’s strategic vision.
24/7 Availability: Handle urgent vendor or customer needs with professionalism and composure, even under pressure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Travel & Spiritual Packages: Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in managing spiritual tour packages, is highly preferred.
Operational Expertise: 8 to 12 years of experience in operations, with a strong background in vendor and service management in Delhi and/or Uttarakhand.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, ideally with experience in these regions.
Tech-Savvy: Skilled in building processes and workflows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tech teams.
Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable working in a dynamic, round-the-clock environment with flexibility for odd hours and travel between Kolkata, Delhi, and Uttarakhand.
Excellent Communication: Strong communicator who stays composed and respectful, even in high-pressure situations.
Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the unique operational landscape of Uttarakhand, the fast-paced market of Delhi, and experience in Kolkata is an added advantage.
